New Jersey’s Dr.Doppler brings a variety and versatility to his instrumentals that can be a rarity in a time where so many believe artists should stay in their lane. Since 2019, Doppler has been pumping out an eclectic array of music, some instrumentals for his own solo, some collaborations for other artists. Regardless of the circumstance and arena Dr.Doppler provides an unparalleled consistency, however in the shadows lurks another..

“Dr.Doppler & Mr.Hide” is the New Jersey artist’s latest release this time taping into a dark side. From the the jump we’re introduced to a combination of sounds and influences that result in more than just a compilation of beats, but an adventure meant to take the listener on a journey through Doppler’s headspace. One can’t force this project into a particular category, while we’re introduced to Vinyl crackle throughout its entirety, there’s pertinent sampling, pounding drums and haunting transitions providing a zany and at times trippy experience. Tracks like “Too Long” have that dusty background, but upfront Doppler or Hide present us with nostalgic sounds guaranteed to pull you from your current surroundings.

“Dr.Doppler & Mr.Hide” shows the New Jersey artist can stretch his arms into any territory and create music for the whip, the party, or the late night. The 11 track adventure is available now.
